Leitrim houses rise 17.3 per cent to €243,000, says new report

According to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Cavan and Monaghan have each seen an increase with prices locally higher in the fourth quarter of 2025 than a year previously.

Leitrim house prices continue to rise.

Leitrim houses have risen 17.3 per cent to €243,000, according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Cavan and Monaghan have each seen an increase with prices locally higher in the fourth quarter of 2025 than a year previously.

Meanwhile, in Monaghan, the average price for a three-bed semi-d has risen by 22.2 per cent to over €272,000 and Roscommon also saw double figure percentage increase at 14.1 per cent to €225,000. 

Cavan prices rose by 5.3 per cent with prices to €227,000 and prices in  Longford rose by 5.9 per cent to €203,000.
