PICTURES: Leitrim school takes part in animation workshop

Mohill Community College have been busy since returning to school earlier this month

The school smart TV attendance draw winner was confirmed, along with biology revision and an animation workshop taking place recently at Mohill Community College.

Congratulations to Maya Dobson who won the Smart TV as part of our December Attendance Draw.

Biology Revision Course

On Wednesday, Miss Masterson and Miss Tobin brought biology leaving certificate classes to the University of Maynooth.

They participated in the practical revision course in the University of Biology laboratories. They got hands on experience while conducting experiments.

Finally, they were shown how the university labs run and revision of the practical side of their course.

Animation Workshop

Miss Reilly's 1st and 2nd Year Art groups got to experience a full day's animation workshop yesterday with artists from Wheelworks.

A fun day was had by all.
