Leitrim man captains DCU to All-Ireland title

Balinamore Sean O’Heslin’s GAA, Paul Moran has captained DCU to an All-Ireland Intermediate title on Monday.

The Dublin University beat the Ulster University on a scoreline of 2-15 to 2-13 in the All-Ireland Intermediate Football Championship final held at the DCU Sports Grounds.

 Moran opened the scoring for his team early in the first half of what was a tight game that swung on a saved Ulster University penalty in the second half, which saw the Dublin team kick on and see out the match.
