Millhill Lawns Manorhamilton
A planning application has been submitted to Leitrim County Council seeking permission to extend a housing estate in North Leitrim.
The application proposes the construction of a mix of housing, including 10 single-storey detached dwellings comprising five two-bedroom units and five three-bedroom units in Millhill Lawns, Manorhamilton.
The estate is located off the N16.
The application also seeks permission for the provision of car parking, landscaping, connections to all public services, and all associated ancillary works.
A decision on the application is due to be made by Leitrim County Council by May 10.
