Drumshanbo Councillor Enda McGloin he was honoured to be part of the Irish celebration of St Patrick's Day in New York.
Cllr McGloin said, "I was honoured to represent Leitrim County Council in the Leitrim section at the St Patrick’s Day parade in New York. I attended Mass earlier at St Patrick’s Cathedral.
"Special thanks to the Leitrim Society committee for their warm welcome today. Such a great celebration of Ireland and it's people."
