Gardai seek help in locating Limerick teen missing for two weeks

Missing: Mariah Maughan, age 15

GARDAI have issued an appeal for assistance this Sunday afternoon in locating a missing Limerick teenager.

Mariah Maughan, aged 15, from Rathkeale, had been missing for two weeks.

A garda spokesperson said gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Mariah who went missing from her home in Rathkeale on Sunday, February 12.

"Mariah is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall with a slim build. She has long blond hair and blue eyes.

"It is unknown what Mariah was wearing when she went missing. Gardaí and Mariah’s family are concerned for her welfare," said a garda spokesperson.

Anyone with information on Mariah’s whereabouts is asked to contact Newcastle West Garda Station on 069 20650, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
