Moncrieff will perform at The Big Top
RISING star Moncrieff will play his “biggest ever Limerick show” in December - and tickets will be on sale this Thursday.
After his blistering sold out performance in Dolan’s Warehouse last year, Moncrieff will return to Limerick to play ‘Live at The Big Top’ in The Milk Market on Friday, December 15.
Sharing the good news, Mick Dolan commented: “His Sold Out performance in Dolan's Warehouse Last April proved Moncrieff’s Live performances are destined for the biggest stages. This is not to be missed.”
The singer-songwriter has recently released his new EP, ‘Highways & Hurricanes’.
Following the massive success of last year’s ‘Warm’ EP, ‘Highways & Hurricanes’ is an unflinchingly honest, deeply personal collection of songs that delves into themes of love, loss, struggle, vulnerability and finding inner strength.
A testament to his growth as a song-writer, Moncrieff’s latest body of work offers an intimate sonic portrait of an exceptional musician who isn’t afraid to address his demons in the studio.
His new single, ‘Young Men’, encapsulates the carefree feeling of a road trip; meanwhile, the lyrics deliver an important message around mental health and speak of painful experiences of growing up in rural Ireland.
Last week, Moncrieff performed an intimate set in Dolan’s in a bid to raise funds for youth mental health charity, ‘A Lust For Life’.
Tickets will be on sale this Thursday, June 15 at 9am via dolans.ie and ticketmaster.ie
