A FINANCIAL services group has opened a new mortgage brokerage service in the heart of the city.
In a move which has seen 10 new jobs created, SYS Group has opened SYS Mortgages at 3, The Crescent.
The firm says it has ambitious plans to use its base in Limerick to become a major force in the mortgage broker sector, with access to the best rates in the market, and every lender in Ireland.
Chief executive of SYS Group Tony Delaney said: “The launch of SYS Mortgages and our new Limerick office mark a very significant milestone for SYS Group. We have put a huge amount of effort in over the past year in preparation, ensuring we get the right team in place and securing Central Bank approval. We are always committed to expanding the range of services available to our clients and growing the company’s footprint across Ireland.”
He said Limerick is a “perfect location” for the firm, due to the talent pool available.
Sean Corbett, mortgages director at the firm added: “Our focus will be on delivering exceptional value and an outstanding level of support and service for our clients.”
