One of the smallest and cheapest homes currently on the property market in Ireland is on sale in Limerick for a steal.
Located on East Mall in Glin, this 352 square meter property is in need of refurbishment but offers great potential for the price tag. Measuring 16 feet by 22 feet, there is no yard or outside space included in the sale.
In a video posted to TikTok, auctioneer Patrick O’Donovan said: “Today we have this beautiful little property. A very unique property. I think it’s probably the smallest house in Ireland at just 352 square feet.
“This lovely property is located at East Mall in Glin on the banks of the River Shannon, within walking distance of all amenities. And it’s not just the smallest house in Ireland for sale at the moment, but it’s probably the cheapest as well at just €25,000.
According to the listing, the property was last lived in approximately five years ago. It is listed with an asking price of €25,000 on Daft.ie.
