A FORMER public house, located in Feenagh village, is to get a new lease of life.
This week's Limerick City and Council meeting heard that it is intended that the premises will be converted into two residential dwellings. It will then enter the rental housing market.
The Council meeting heard of the proposed disposal of the property to Lisballyhay Trading Company in the sum of €75,000. The property is derelict and in need of complete refurbishment works.
