TODAY is the day!
Over 20,000 people in Limerick are kicking off their Good Friday by cleaning up their community as part of the biggest-ever one-day clean-up event.
The 10th anniversary of Team Limerick Clean-Up (TLC10) is upon us, and thousands of volunteers will come together to pick up litter right across the day.
With the Council saying TLC10 “promises to be the most impactful yet”, they are once again partnering with the JP McManus Benevolent Fund and Mr Binman for the biggest annual one-day clean-up in the country.

With it being the biggest year ever in terms of registered participants, Limerick City and County Council are labelling TLC10 a “milestone” event.
TLC will also provide supplies for tea and coffee gatherings this Good Friday at various locations throughout the city and county.
Last year, TLC9 saw an impressive 57 tonnes of litter collected by volunteers from diverse backgrounds, including schools, colleges, sports clubs, Munster Rugby, businesses, charities, nursing homes, and local celebrities.
Team Limerick Clean-Up is a partnership initiative between the JP McManus Benevolent Fund and Limerick City and County Council.
Endorsed by Paul O’Connell, the official partners include The Limerick Leader, Mr Binman, The Limerick Post, I Love Limerick, Elive, and Limerick’s Live 95.
