THREE men were rushed to hospital late on Saturday night after feud-related violence erupted on the southside of Limerick city.
A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí were alerted to violent disorder and criminal damage incidents on Hyde Avenue, Ballinacurra, Weston, Limerick city on the night of Saturday, June 22, 2025 at approximately 23.50pm."

A vehicle was damaged during the incident and three males were taken to University Hospital Limerick with injuries which gardai described as "believed to be non-life threatening".
"Investigations are ongoing," said the garda spokesperson.
The scene has been cordoned off for a forensic examination. A section of the road is currently closed and local diversions are in place.
According to one source it was "mayhem" with many local residents coming out onto the street to see what was happening following shouting and roaring.
"Somebody is going to be killed before this is over. There was an amount of guards on the scene within minutes. One of the lads is supposed to have got a serious injury," said the source.
There are unconfirmed reports that a slash hook was used during the incident.
It is believed to be connected to an ongoing feud involving rival groupings, centred around the Ballinacurra Weston area, which has seen a series of pipe bomb and arson attacks on cars and homes, as well as drive-by shootings, in recent months.
