Popular Limerick restaurant to close its doors following three years in business

A popular restaurant located in Ballinacurra will close this weekend

A WELL-KNOWN family run restaurant located in Ballinacurra has announced its closure this weekend following three years of serving the community.

Taking to social media to announce the news, the team at Bella Italia in Greenpark Shopping Centre said: "We have made the difficult decision to close our doors... A huge thank you to all our customers. Your support has meant the world.

"We will continue to serve our wonderful customers in Bella Italia city centre and Bella Italia Castletroy. Thank you sincerely for your continued support as we mark 35 years as a proud Limerick family business.

The restaurant will close its doors this Saturday, July 5.

Bella Italia restaurant located at Greenpark Shopping Centre in Ballinacurra

Bella Italia is inviting customers to stop by in the coming days for a meal before they say their final farewell to the restaurant in Greenpark.

The first restaurant opened in the city centre 30 years ago and in July 2017 Bella Italia opened a second unit in Castletroy.
