Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene
INVESTIGATIONS are ongoing following a single vehicle collision on a Limerick county road.
The driver, a woman in her 40s, was brought to Cork University Hospital. Her injuries are understood to be “serious but not life-threatening” at this time.
The incident occurred in Bruff, just after 2pmon Monday, August 18.
A technical examination of the scene has been conducted, and investigations into the incident continue.

A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána confirmed: “Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single vehicle road traffic collision that occurred in Bruff, Co. Limerick on Monday 18th August 2025 at approximately 2:15pm.
“The driver, a woman in her 40s, was conveyed to Cork University Hospital with injuries which are understood to be serious but not life-threatening at this time.
“A technical examination of the scene has been conducted.
“Investigations are ongoing.”
