€1m Limerick farm set to go under the hammer in Adare this week

The 125 acre farm of land at Cornello Upper, Ballingarry is being guided at just over €1,000,000

THE AUCTION of 125 acres in Cornello Upper, Ballingarry is set to be hotly-contested with international and Irish interest reported.

The property is for sale by auction in The Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare at 2.30pm on Wednesday, September 10.

The advised minimum value (AMV) is €1,050,000 for the good quality agricultural land.

It is a non-residential landholding extending to approximately 50.5 hectares (125 acres) and is laid out in five blocks. 

Selling agent Eileen Neville, of Lisney, said parts of the land have the benefit of road frontage onto public roads and are currently under grass.

“It is ideally situated in a peaceful rural setting in the outskirts of Limerick. 

“This outstanding parcel of agricultural land offers excellent potential for a variety of farming enterprises or investment,” said Ms Neville.
