Secret gig adds intrigue to Cleary’s Sessions in Limerick town as the line-up is revealed

Singer-songwriter Roesy will take to the stage for the event on September 25

LIVE music will spill once more from the windows of Cleary’s Bar this autumn, as the Window Sessions return to Newcastle West with a stellar line-up of acclaimed performers. Established in 2019, but in its fourth year of ticketed performances, this autumn is host to some of the most captivating performers around.

The window sessions commences on September 25 with Offaly-born/Melbourne-based Roesy. Roesy is a singer-songwriter and visual artist. He began his career in 1996 which has spanned eight albums to date. This Irish tour is Roesy’s first in 10 years, and sees him perusing the country, with many highlights, including Electric Picnic.

Singer-songwriter Niall McCabe, has graced the banks of Newcastle West on two previous occasions in the past two years, gaining many fans. May 2025 saw Niall release his second solo album, the result of which has found him playing the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, headlining a tour of Europe, and earning no-less-than Sting as an admirer. Niall will perform in Newcastle West on October 29.

There is also a ‘Secret Gig’ scheduled in November, where trusting Window Sessions patrons can purchase tickets for a mystery act. The last ‘secret gig’ performed by Lisa Hannigan sold out in just seven hours.

Tickets for most of the events go on sale this Wednesday via Eventbrite and are priced from €22.50.
