Five houses have gone up for sale in Limerick’s O’Connell Avenue for the combined price of 1.95 million euro.

Three of the five houses for sale are residential units while two of them are commercial units with leases in place.

The existing residential tenants on the property have had "notice served", while the commercial tenants' lease will remain in place, according to the property listing.

The houses are located in the Georgian Quarter and are themselves Edwardian terraces.

The houses are close to many local attractions, according to the letting agents.

The houses also come with “a generous front courtyard with 14 car parking spaces and benefit from high-profile frontage onto O’Connell Avenue.”
