IRISH ROCK icons are set to make a triumphant return to Limerick next summer with a headline show at King John’s Castle.
The Stunning will be taking over the iconic outdoor venue on Sunday, May 30, 2026.
Renowned for their electrifying live performances and timeless anthems such as Brewing Up a Storm, the band remain one of Ireland’s most enduring and beloved live acts.

Over three decades on from their formation, The Stunning continue to captivate audiences with their powerful sound, heartfelt songwriting, and unmistakable stage presence.
Joining them on the night will be fellow Irish favourites Something Happens!, ensuring an unforgettable evening of classic Irish rock in one of the Limerick's most atmospheric venues.
Having toured extensively and earned a reputation as one of Ireland’s most consistently brilliant live bands, The Stunning’s return to King John’s Castle promises to be one of the standout gigs of summer 2026.
Fans can look forward to a hit-filled set packed with classics, deep cuts, and fan favourites – all delivered with the trademark energy that has defined the band since day one.
Speaking about the announcement, Mick Dolan said: “We are thrilled to welcome The Stunning back to King John’s Castle. Every time they perform in Limerick, it’s a special event. Their music has soundtracked generations, and having them perform within the castle walls is going to be a magical night for the city and for fans from all over the country.”
