Limerick Comhairle na nOg at the Youth Conference 2024
LIMERICK Comhairle na nÓg is inviting young people aged 13 to 17 to take part in its annual Youth Conference at Istabraq Hall, Limerick City and County Council, Merchant’s Quay.
Being held on Thursday, November 13, the event will be officially opened by the Mayor of Limerick, John Moran, and will feature an overview of Comhairle na nÓg, information sessions, and a series of interactive workshops.
The conference provides an opportunity for young people to learn more about Comhairle na nÓg, share their views on issues that matter to them, and potentially become members of the youth council.

Limerick Comhairle na nÓg, supported by Limerick Youth Service (LYS) and Limerick City & County Council, gives young people a platform to influence government policy at both local and national levels. The group has previously addressed topics such as gender equality, youth homelessness, life in Direct Provision, cyberbullying, and sexual education in schools.
