Morricone’s movie magic is coming to Limerick's Lime Tree Theatre

The Ennio Morricone Experience ensemble Annalisa Monticelli, Katy Kelly, Anne Marie McGahon, Francesca DeNardi and Davide Forti to perform at the Lime Tree Theatre on Saturday

THIS WEEKEND, Limerick audiences are in for a treat as The Ennio Morricone Experience comes to the Lime Tree Theatre.

On Saturday, November 15, this spellbinding tribute celebrates the timeless music of the late Italian maestro whose film scores, from The Mission to The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Cinema Paradiso, and A Fistful of Dollars, have defined generations of cinema.

Featuring five internationally acclaimed soloists, soprano Katy Kelly, violinists Francesca De Nardi and Anne Marie McGahon, cellist Davide Forti, with pianist and musical director Annalisa Monticelli, the ensemble delivers an evening of sweeping melodies, passion, and nostalgia.

Joined by Aoide Voices and baritone Owen Gilhooly Miles, the Limerick concert promises to be an unforgettable celebration of Morricone’s genius.

The ensemble has captivated audiences across Ireland and Europe, earning acclaim for their artistry and emotional depth.

Each member brings exceptional talent and international experience, from Monticelli’s global performances, to Kelly’s appearances in Carnegie Hall, with De Nardi and Forti’s award-winning collaborations and McGahon’s innovative cross-genre work.

With their cinematic soundscapes and heartfelt performances, The Ennio Morricone Experience invites Limerick music lovers to relive some of the most iconic film music ever written.
