My Week with Celia Holman Lee: From fairytale wedding to RTÉ runway

Louise was an absoluetly gorgeous bride in her ivory off-the-shoulder lace gown and elegant long sleeves

THIS PAST week has been one I’ll never forget - a beautiful blend of love, celebration and incredible Limerick design.

I had the joy of attending the stunning wedding of fellow Limerick native Louise Cooney and her partner, Mark Sweeney, in Cashel.

Louise looked every bit the timeless bride in an ivory off-the-shoulder lace gown with elegant long sleeves.

The ceremony and celebrations took place at the breathtaking Cashel Palace, a Palladian manor nestled in the heart of Tipperary.

This luxurious hotel sits right beside the iconic Rock of Cashel.

Surrounded by history, nature, and the warmest atmosphere, it was the ideal setting for such a special winter wedding.

I wore a fabulous dress from Phoenix VI and the whole day was one to remember.

I had the pleasure of being part of the RTÉ Today Show, on Monday, December 1, where the spotlight shone brightly on some of Limerick’s most inspiring designers.

It was a celebration of craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless style.

It was an absolute pleasure to spend the first day of the Christmas season with the crew on the RTE Today Show along with the fabulous James Patrice, Irene O'Brien, Sinéad Kennedy and Dáithí Ó Sé!

Some of the fabulous designers featured were, Aoife McNamara, Marion Murphy-Cooney, and Caroline Mitchell Knitwear.

Their pieces were brought to life on the runway by the fabulous Holman Lee Agency models who made each look glide effortlessly down the runway.

As it was the day before my birthday, the wonderful Sinead Kennedy surprised me with a birthday cake live on air, singing happy birthday.

I was honestly so moved by the gesture, it made the day even more special.
