Conor Murray, Paul O'Connell and Peter O'Mahony join in the fun at Yellowstone-themed reception

THEY went to war with him with the Lions and Ireland - now three Munster legends have hung up the jerseys and strapped on the spurs to help Sean O'Brien mark his wedding reception!

They've battled together in countless do-or-die games for their country, but Conor Murray, Paul O'Connell and Peter O'Mahony this week rode into town to celebrate Leinster, Ireland and Lions legend Sean's wedding to Eloise.

The 38-year-old tied the knot at a traditional church ceremony on December 30, before the fun-filled reception at Mountain View in Kilkenny with a Yellowstone theme.

The presence of a Bucking Bronco, which Eloise was one of the first to jump up on as Sean looked on laughing heartily, ensured 2025 was brought to a rocking finale!

The bride and groom, who is a third-generation farmer and now runs the family farm in Tullow, Co Carlow, embraced their country roots, with guests coming decked out in cowboy hats and boots! Indeed, Sean himself is known as the Tullow Tank!

In that number were Conor and Peter, who attended his his wife Jessica O'Mahony, alongside former Lions captain Paul.

Other guests at the wedding included Sean's former Leinster team-mates, Mike McCarthy, Devin Toner and Limerick's own Sean Cronin.

Although he played for Leinster, Sean played Gaelic football for Monaleen in his youth, and won a county minor football medal with Limerick before switching to the oval ball.

He is now living in Castleconnell, where he plays with Ahane.

Both Paul O'Connell and Sean O'Brien are involved in the Ireland international rugby set-up.

Limerick legend Paul - who stepped out at the wedding with his wife Emily - is a key part of Andy Farrell's backroom team, and even stepped up as interim head coach for Ireland's summer test tour against Georgia and Portugal last year when others were on Lions duties.

Sean, meanwhile, works in the second-tier Ireland A team environment, working as a defensive coach.

At the reception, the guests danced to one of Sean's favourite bands, Mumford and Sons.

Sean and Eloise are parents to a little boy, Jack, who donned an adorable pageboy's outfit for the church ceremony.
