MEMBERS of Limerick Central's Rotary Club are set to tee off for their annual golf classic in aid of two local charities.
The group, who volunteer their time and talents to tackle local and international issues, will head to Limerick Golf Club on Friday, May 8.
There, they will raise money for autism support charity Dochas, and The Butterfly Club, which provides social, leisure, and recreational activities for children and young adults with special needs, while offering respite to their families.
Teams can register for a four-ball scramble, which sees teams of two players competing against each other.

In return for the support, players will enjoy a meal and refreshments with prizes for the winners on the day.
This year’s golf classic will also see a hole-in-one contest, with the prize of a brand new BYD car up for grabs.
Limerick Central Rotary Club president Denise Brazil said: "We are excited to host our 2026 golf classic in aid of two charity partners, Dóchas Midwest Autism Support and The Butterfly Club, which provide vital local support. We would also like to thank our generous sponsors, Lyons Motor Group and Don Reddan Insurances, for their continued support”.
