The death has occurred of Lorraine Cantillon, nee Stapleton, Main Street, Killaloe, Co. Clare and formerly of 40 Revington Park, North Circular Road, Limerick.

Peacefully at Riverdale House, Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Philip; parents Catherine and Ned; sisters Patti and Eileen; brothers Emlyn and Eamon. Sadly missed by her loving family son Ross; daughter Heather; sister Caroline; grandchildren Ella-Belle, Christian and Nessa; daughter-in-law Amanda, brother-in-law Nicky (Bowers); nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews; relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Lynch's Funeral Home Thursday the 26th of March at 6pm to 7:30pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Flannan's Church, Killaloe for Funeral Mass at 11am on Friday the 27th of March with burial afterwards in Mount St. Oliver's Cemetery Limerick.

The death has occurred of Austin Dunphy

Woodville, Sutton, Dublin / Howth, Dublin / Limerick

Dunphy, T. Austin – 22nd March 2026, (Formerly Sealawn Sutton, Howth and Limerick).

Peacefully, with his daughter, Nicola at his bedside and in the wonderful care of the staff at Howth Hill Lodge Nursing Home.

Beloved husband of the late Stella, deceased December 2025. Predeceased by his sister Rita Heagney. Very sadly missed by his daughter Nicola, niece Clodagh Zomer (Skerries), nephew Brian Heagney (Tokyo), cousin Eileen Taylor, good friend Veronica Morrow, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Friday afternoon 27th March from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of St. Fintan’s Sutton, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.

The Funeral Mass will be streamed live on Saturday morning 28th March at 10am via the web stream link on this page.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dora Fernandes (nee O'Connor), Edgeware, London and formerly of Kingsland, Bruree, Co. Limerick, March 12th 2026.

Beloved daughter of the late Liam and Nora O'Connor.

Very deeply regretted by her loving husband Roland, daughter Amanda, mother in law Dora, sister Nora, brother Tom (TJ), son in law Paul, her adored grandchildren Logan and Nathan, brother in law Mike Curtin, extended family and her many friends.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated this Saturday, 28th, at 6pm at St. Munchin's Church, Rockhill.

Bother Bui, Ballaghaderreen, Roscommon / Loughglynn, Roscommon / Askeaton, Limerick

Loughglynn and Bother Buí, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Askeaton, Co, Limerick.

January 12th, 1961– March 24th, 2026

Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of The Roscommon Hospice.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Ann, sister Margaret and his nephew Stewart.

Tony will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Therese, son William (Sabrina), grandchildren Josh, Eric and Lucy, brother Michael, nephews Eric and Dylan, niece Rena, sisters-in-law Margaret, Josephine and Pauline, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Tony will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Thursday from 5pm until 7pm.

Committal service in Sharkey’s Cremation Chapel, Loughglynn on Friday at 12noon.

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Nora Mary (Maria) Vaughan, Oakley Park, Caherconlish, Co Limerick formerly of Boherbue, Newcastle West, Co Limerick.

Maria passed away peacefully on March 23rd in St. John’s Hospital,Limerick surrounded by her loving family.

Very deeply regretted by her loving husband Pat of 60 years, sons Eamon, Tim, Patrick and Joe, daughter-in-laws Maggie and Eleanor, sister Deirdre (Limerick), brothers Dick, Joe and Timmy, grandchildren Meg, Jake, Tommy, Max and Zach, nieces, nephews other relatives and large circle of friends

May her gentle soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Ballyneety (V94A7Y3) Wednesday March 25th from 5pm to 7pm, followed by removal to Our Lady, Mother of the Church, Caherconlish (V94H7Y2)

Requiem Mass, Thursday March 26th at 11.30am, funeral afterwards to adjoining Cemetery.
