Haven Hub helps people who are struggling by giving them a safe place to rest and someone to listen.
Donations from the day went to the Haven Hub.
The day formed part of an ongoing partnership between Neurosensei Lifelong Health Clinic and The Haven Hub through its body-mind-boost programme.
This is a support service that has been running for the past three years with the Haven Hub.
Delivered two to three times annually in eight-week blocks, the Haven Hub programme focuses on helping individuals dedicate daily time to their own physical and emotional wellbeing through structured community supports.
The programme includes a broad range of activities designed to meet different needs across the community. These include walking groups, full-day health workshops addressing both physical and mental wellbeing.
