New managing partner at high-profile solicitors firm in Limerick

Elisa McMahon has been named a managing partner of Dundon Callanan Solicitors

CITY centre-based law firm Dundon Callanan has announced a new managing partner.

Elisa McMahon was appointed to the role, and took up her duties on January 1 this year.

She joined the firm as a trainee nearly 20 years ago and has progressed through the firm to partnership level.

Dundon Callanan said in that period, Ms McMahon has built a strong reputation for her legal expertise and leadership.

Her appointment, they added, reflects its commitment to continuity, internal progression, and long-term stewardship.

Ms McMahon said: “It is a privilege to take on the role of managing partner at a firm that has been central to my professional career. I am sincerely grateful to my predecessor Maeve Callanan for her guidance, support and wisdom over the past nearly two decades, and I am very pleased that we will continue to work closely together as partners and colleagues.”

Looking ahead, she added: “The firm is built on strong foundations. My focus will be on building on these strengths while, over time, introducing considered developments in how we work, ensuring the firm continues to evolve while remaining true to its values.”

Dundon Callanan was founded in 1992 by solicitors Maeve Callanan and Joseph Dundon.

It is a general practice law firm, meaning it handles a broad mix of legal work for both individuals and businesses.
