In Pictures: Limerick school set to host 'fantastic evening' as annual fashion show returns

REHEARSEALS are well underway at Villiers School in Limerick city ahead of its annual fashion show which returns this year following a Covid-enforced hiatus.

Produced by the Hilary Thompson Model Agency in collaboration with Transition Year students over eighty students will participate in the event which takes place on December 13.

For its 35th edition, the show will feature clothes and designs from a range of stores and designers in the Limerick area, including Penneys, Joannes, Paco, Pamela Scott, Be Fabulous, Tony Connolly, Esquire, Camden Square & Tailor of Blue, Ayres & Graces, Virginia’s Bridal and designers Caroline Mitchell and Ber McNamara.

Head of Villiers School, Jill Storey, commented: “We are delighted to work with Hilary. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise while building positive relationships with our students. This is a particularly special occasion, as it marks our return to a full-scale show, following two years of Covid related restrictions. I know a fantastic evening is waiting for us all!”

The event will take place on Tuesday, December 13 at The Radisson Blu Hotel, on Ennis Road. Tickets for the show are available via Eventbrite.
