Bell X1 will be returning to King John's Castle next year

IRISH rock band, Bell X1 have announced they will be performing an electric show at King John’s Castle.

The County Kildare band will be returning to King John’s Castle on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

After a run of sold-out shows with Dowry Strings this year, Bell X1 announced a return to band duties for next summer.

Member of the Bell X1 Paul Noonan said: "The idea of playing big, raucous shows in fields and tents next summer is a damn fine one.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 9 at 10am from the Dolan's website, here

The band have been spending time in the studio this year recording a new album.

“We’re finishing up a record with John Spud Murphy at the moment, and are having those exciting conversations about how to present it live - the line-up of the band, the instruments to lean in to, and how it will all look and feel,” Paul said.

The new album will be released in 2023 and will be the first release from the band in six years.
