THE MANY people whose lives were touched by the late Pat Cotter will have the opportunity to pay their respects this Friday and Saturday.

Mr Cotter, an expert roofing contractor and fabricator from Rockhill, passed away following a tragic accident on a farm in Bruree on Tuesday afternoon. He was working on a shed when he fell some 30 feet.

Mr Cotter, aged in his late 50s, was one of nine children born into the highly respected Cotter family.

The beloved son of the late David and Nora is sadly missed by his sisters Mary, Una, Cassie, Helen, his twin sister Clare, brothers David, Timmy and DJ, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, especially his niece Helen, his godchildren Katie, Jennifer and David, grandnephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and wider family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing this Friday evening, December 16, from 5pm at Daffy's Funeral Home, Ballyagran, followed by evening prayers at 7pm.

Requiem Mass at St Munchin's Church, Rockhill at 12 noon on Saturday will be followed by burial afterwards to Bruree New Cemetery.

Dozens upon dozens of messages of condolences have already been left on rip.ie where Mr Cotter was described by many as "one of God's gentlemen".

May he rest in peace.
