Cash and cigarettes stolen during break-in at north Longford shop
Gardaí are investigating a burglary at a north Longford shop.
At approximately 6.20am on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, a newspaper delivery man on his rounds found the front door of Moyne Cross Stores shop at Ballyduffy, Moyne open and alerted Gardaí to the break in.
Gardaí discovered a quantity of cigarettes and a cash drawer with an amount of cash taken during the burglary.
Gardaí at Granard are appealing for witnesses.
