The death occurred, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the care of the staff of Drumderrig House Nursing Home, Boyle, on Saturday, March 25, 2023 of Paddy Stapleton, Sharvogue, Killashee, Longford. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Rose. Paddy will be forever remembered with love by his family, sons Martin, Padraig, Dermot and Dominic, daughters Caitriona, Dolores and Dympna, sons-in-law John, Tom and Jack, daughter-in-law Liz, his adored grandchildren Kyle, Ava, Rhyse and Finlay, sisters Dina, Nolie and Nancy (Scotland), brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, cousins, neighbours and good friends. Beloved by family, Cherished by friends. Rest in peace Paddy.
Reposing at his home privately. Removal to arrive to St Patrick's Church, Killashee, on Tuesday, March 28 for prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, March 29 at 12 noon, followed with burial afterward in Ballinakill Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Family Carers Ireland or Mental Health Ireland, c/o Connell Funeral Directors or any family member. Family home private at all times please.

The death occurred, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of the nurses and staff at Abbey Haven Nursing Home, Boyle, on Tuesday March 28, 2023 of Margaret Morahan (nee Kelly), Summerhill, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim.
Recently predeceased by her beloved husband John. Predeceased by her parents Ellen and Stephen, brothers Stephen and Michael, daughter-in-law Mags. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving sons Michael (Leitrim Village), John (Gweedore), Martin (Ballyconnell), Dermot (Mullingar), daughters Mary (U.K), and Eleanor (Belfast), daughters-in-law Orla, Sinéad and Jolanta, sons-in-law John and Michael, grandchildren Dara, Niall, Niamh, Kiara, Aideen, Sean, Cormac, Mary Kate, Monica, James, Kamil, Kealan, Aaron and Dylan, great-grandchildren Hugo and Devan, sisters Annette Guilfoyle (Athlone) and Eileen Harrington (Roscommon), sister-in-law Mary Kelly, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest In Peace.
Reposing at her residence on Thursday, March 30 from 4pm until 8pm. Removal to St Mary's Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Friday morning, March 31 at 11.15 am arriving for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 pm with funeral afterwards to Ardcarne Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be streamed live Margaret's Funeral Mass House private outside of reposing times please.

The death occurred on Monday, March 27, 2023 of Paul Mayville, Gubagraphy, Dromod, Leitrim. Predeceased by his beloved wife Therese Hackett. He will be sadly missed by his family in the U.S.A. father Paul, sisters Christina and Lorelei and brother Mike, brother-in-law Gerard Hackett, niece Linda and her husband Gus Garvey, nephew David and his wife Mary, grandnieces Cecelia and Madeline, extended family, former work colleagues in Leitrim County Council, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. House strictly private.

Stephen Robert Gaffney, Whitehall, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath

The death occurred, peacefully, aged 74 years, on Sunday, March 5, 2023 of Stephen Robert Gaffney, formerly of Whitehall, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath and latterly of Luton, Bedfordshire UK.
Predeceased by his loving parents Thomas and Mary Gaffney, brothers John, Tommy and Harry, sisters Christina, Nora, Nancy and Margaret. Beloved father of Chloe and Simon, father in law to Dean and Ella, loving grandfather to Poppy and Frankie. Deeply mourned by his brothers Danny, Barney and Michael, and sisters Theresa and Bridget, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service shall take place on Wednesday, April 5 at 11.30am at Langstone Vale Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St. David's Hospice, Newport, Wales.

The death occurred, peacefully, on Friday, January 13, 2023 of Noreen (Nora) Josephine Atkinson (Landy née Wallace), Ruislip, Middlesex, England and formerly of New Kiltoom, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath and Louisburgh, Co Mayo. Beloved wife of Brian and the late Eamonn and dear mother of Paul and Louise. Noreen will be very sadly missed by her husband and family, son-in-law Gary, daughter-in-law Jackie, her cherished grandchildren Natasha, Heather, Aidan, Pearse and Christy, her brothers Anthony, Stephen and Tommy, sister Mary, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. May Noreen rest in peace.
Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 1pm at Our Lady of the Visitation Church, Greenford, Middlesex, England, followed by cremation at Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip. The Mass can be viewed at Our Lady of the Visitation
A Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 12 noon in the Church of St John the Baptist, Whitehall, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath followed by interment of ashes in the adjoining cemetery. In preference to flowers, Brian, Paul and Louise would appreciate donations to Alzheimer's Research UK (JustGiving)
