A talented Longford hair stylist won a prestigious accolade at the annual Hi Style Tia Maria Hair and Beauty awards.
David Keenan of The Hair Doc in Kenagh, Co Longford was the winner of the 'Solopreneur' award at the gala ceremony in Cork on Sunday, April 16 where the host compere was Deric Hartigan.
Hi Style supports and celebrates salons, clinics, professionals and teams in Ireland by recognising their commitment to their craft. A superb night was had with the best and brightest in the industry coming together to celebrate.
In his winners citation, David Keenan, who opened his business in the middle of 2022, was hailed as 'a pro colorist and stylist that brings his clients on their complete hair journey. He took a leap of faith and opened his salon and has immersed himself completely in his art'.
David thanked his clients. "Thank you to all my amazing clients for supporting me in my leap of faith on opening my very own salon. This journey has been incredible and the support is overwhelming. Without you all, none of this would be possible!"
