Music was definitely in the air across the county as Longford Music Generation brought a barrage of talent Backstage Theatre for a concert that showcased the high standard of musical ability fostered through the programme.
Music Generation is a national partnership programme whose mission is to create inspiring experiences for children and young people through music.
The programme presented Longford Sounds Live 2023, an incredible end of term concert bringing into focus the talent under their wing.
The concert was a testament to all the hard work put in by Music Educators and the young musicians.
From the HUM (4 to 6 year-old group) to the ensembles and bands, each and every musician on stage brought something special. Their full concert is available on the Music Generation YouTube channel.
