Almost 160 Longford homes were left without power this morning as ESB reported a disruption in supply. The outage affected the Briskill/Newtownforbeas area with customers left without electricity for over three and a half hours.
The outage, affecting 159 homes, was reported at 6:45am with the estimated restoration time scheduled for 10:30am. ESB issued an apology for the loss of supply, stating they were working on repairing the fault.
