Longford Circuit Court: October sentencing hearing for counterfeit case

A Longford woman who pleaded guilty to selling counterfeit goods will return before Longford Circuit Court in October for sentencing.
Noreen Stokes (52) of 2 Auburn Park, Edgeworthstown, Longford entered a plea to selling imitation goods between January 1, 2019 and November 15, 2020 at 2 Auburn Park, Bracklin Road, Edgeworthstown.

The list of goods include Burberry handbags, Christian Dior shoes and handbag, Hugo Boss shoes, 11 Rolex Watches, Tommy Hilfiger shoes and handbags, Ben Sherman belts, Gucci shoes and belts, Louboutin Shoes and Loui Vitton bags, shoes, belts, and handbags.

Judge Kenneth Connolly directed that a probation report be prepared on the defendant and he remanded Ms Stokes on continuing bail to return before the court on October 3, 2023.
