Former Ryder Cup player and captain Paul McGinley, the star attraction at the Questions & Answers charity event at Co Longford Golf Club this Saturday August 12
County Longford Golf Club are hosting a Questions and Answers charity event with Paul McGinley, the former Ryder Cup captain and player and current Sky Sports pundit this Saturday 12 August from 4pm to 6pm.
Tickets are priced at €20 and all money raised will be donated to St Christopher’s and the Paul McGinley foundation. Members can book on Clubnet or through Aidan Grealish, Gerry Crowe or Tony or Seamus in the bar.
This is a very special occasion for County Longford Golf Club who are looking forward to an enjoyable evening with members and friends.

The course and driving range are in fabulous condition and we welcome new members and visitors to come play and enjoy a game of golf at attractive rates.
The PRO shop is fully stocked with all leading brands, plus golf lessons are available from the staff in the PRO shop.
The bar and function room facilities are open all week serving food and refreshments in comfortable surroundings.
County Longford Golf Club actively encourages Children to take up the game of golf. As part of our programme the Club holds coaching sessions every Saturday morning from 10am to 11am, where Juniors receive coaching from the Club’s PGA staff under the guidance of Club professional Pete Duignan.
The Junior programme is held in the coaching academy which includes, driving range, putting green, and pitching area. The programme introduces Juniors to the basic techniques of golf. Juniors then progress on to the course which is held on Friday evenings, 6pm.
Golf is a game for life and when Children learn the skills they remain with them for life. After initial coaching we encourage Juniors to join the Club where they can avail of full use of the Club’s facilities.
