Breege’s Bus, a bus dedicated to the memory of the late Breege O’Neill (née Reilly) and which will be used by the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, was unveiled on Sunday evening, August 20 in Ballinalee. Breege was born in Gelsha, Ballinalee in 1957 and at birth had some loss of hearing and some loss of vision. In 2016 Breege was diagnosed with cancer and she passed away in June of 2021.

Longford Leader / Longford Live photographer Shelley Corcoran was at Farrell's Bar, Ballinalee for the poignant occasion and we hope you enjoy her photos. And don't forget to tag and share with your friends!
