Longford GAA club inviting people to attend open 'have a go' squash sessions

Carrickedmond GAA are delighted to invite all individuals or friends interested in learning the game of squash, or anyone who may not have played in a while and want to get back involved in the game to their open "have a go" sessions from 7-9pm every Wednesday for the month of October at Carrickedmond GAA complex.

This is open to anyone over the age of 16 interested in getting involved. There will be a coach available to explain the rules and basics of the game on the evenings.

It is a great way to increase fitness and make new friends as the club plans to develop and increase the members in their squash club.

The Carrickedmond complex facilities have been recently fully refurbished with new flooring and walls, there are full changing and showering facilities available.

If anyone has any questions please contact PJ on 086 0824842.
