Colleen Kelleher pictured in action for Ireland's U-20 Women's Volleyball team
Colleen Kelleher from New York, the daughter of Vincent and Yolanda Kelleher, played for the Ireland Women’s Volleyball team U-20 at the Celtic Challenge in December in Glasgow.
Vincent Kelleher, who is originally from Cammagh, Moyne and Main Street, Longford. moved to New York in the late 1980s.
The Celtic Challenge: Scotland v Ireland, took place between 15 and 17 December 2023.
The U-20 Irish women’s team won both matches against Scotland.
The first match went to five sets: Ireland 3 Scotland 2. The second match went to 4 sets Ireland 3 Scotland 1 with scores: 26-24, 14-25, 25-12, 25-22
Well done to Colleen for her Volleyball achievements and continued success in the future.
