A lot of nine apartments in Longford are set to go under the hammer this month with the guide price working out at €50,000 per apartment.
Apartments 3, 5, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 Camlin Court in Longford town, comprising seven two-bedroom and two one-bedroom apartments, are included in the lot which will go to auction on March 23.
The apartments range in size from approximately 45 sq. m (484 sq. ft) to 67 sq. m (721 sq. ft) within a building arranged over ground and two upper floors. All nine apartments are vacant and require internal refurbishment work.
The lot of apartments are listed with an AMV of €450,000 on Daft.ie.
