A wealth of events will be taking place in Edgeworthstown in Longford in the coming weeks

For all those in Longford interested in a Halloween gathering, Intercultural Film screening or taking part in a 'Think Tank', Edgeworthstown will be providing all of these exciting events in the coming weeks.

A wealth of events will be taking place in Edgeworthstown in Longford

Creative Places coordinator Déirdre Orme with the students of St.John's National school. All set for the Hallowe'en lantern parade on Thursday evening at The Green, Edgeworthstown.

Hallowe'en Community Gathering and children's disco at the Green - October 31st from 6pm.
Creative Places have been working in partnership with St.Mary's N.S. and St.John's N.S creating lanterns to form part of the "Awakening of the Giant of Meathas Troim". Dress in your best Samhain suit and join in the fun at this free event.
Intercultural Film Screening
Edgeworthstown Library will host a film screening on Friday November 8th at 6pm.
The initiative is in partnership with Longford Community Resources CLG, Longford Library and Creative Places Edgeworthstown.
After the screening there will be a short discussion and light refreshments served. All welcome, admission free.
Save the date
Edgeworthstown is set to host a 'Creative Places Community Think Tank' on Saturday November 16th from 10am in Edgeworthstown Library.
Dive into the world of Creative Places and have your say on your vision for Edgeworthstown.
