Emily McCarthy - Sponsor: The Brews Brothers
Emily McCarthy is a twenty-three-year-old Intellectual Disability Nursing student at St Angela's College, Sligo. She works part-time at St Joseph’s Care Centre in Longford as a healthcare assistant, a role she finds deeply rewarding. She also works at The Brews Brothers coffee trailer in her home parish, Killoe, where she enjoys chatting to everyone in the community who stops by. Emily is a lifelong member of Killoe Ladies football club, and Gaelic football is a central part of her life. She also enjoys staying active through the gym, running and all things outdoors. The Rose of Tralee has always been something Emily wanted to do, and she is looking forward to Saturday in the Longford Arms Hotel.
