Helicopter rides, a motorbike stunt show and ride-on lawnmower racing are just some of the attractions spectators can enjoy at the Longford Vintage Club Show and family fun day takes place this Sunday.
Connolly Barracks will once again provide the backdrop to a spectacle which has become a quintessential family favourite.
From timelessly untarnished cars, tractors, and commercial vehicles to a multitude of entertainment and other festivities, Longford’s Connolly Barracks will have something for everyone.

Last year, thousands flocked to the barracks, and organisers anticipate that this year the show will prove as popular as ever with free kids entertainment, vendors and food stalls, and some star-studded entertainment.
A novel new attraction this year will be an opportunity to take a helicopter ride and get a bird's eye view of Longford Vintage Show and Longford town.
"We are lucky enough, one of the bigger attractions we are getting a great response to, is that we have Executive Helicopters, from Loughrea Galway and they are coming and doing leisure flights.
"Certainly for any budding photographers or anyone who wants to see Longford from the sky it's a great opportunity," he added.
The ride-on lawnmower racing and motorbike stunt show are expected to be another big draw for spectators.
Philip Stewart, better known as Farmer Phil, will be joining the show once again.
The popular Longford-based Youtuber boasts over 93,000 followers on his account, in which he shows his daily life working on his busy farm.

Longford Vintage club secretary Miceal Nolan said Farmer Phil and the Stewart family will be putting on an exhibition of heritage farm machinery, which is sure to evoke lots of memories for attendees.
"There will be old farm machinery that will be working on the day and there will be a thresher and we are going to do a bit of threshing and that sort of stuff too.
"Some children might never have seen it before," he added.
Farmer Phil, will also be selling his popular merchandise, and he is sure to be in demand for plenty of autographs and videos.
Alongside Farmer Phil, popular Irish country singer and musician David O'Connor will return this year to sing some classic hits in Connolly Barracks.
"We had a good response to him last year so we decided to invite him back this year again."
The musician has thousands of followers, has played in packed shows across the country, and played alongside the likes of Shawn Cuddy, Patrick Feeney and more.
Miceal said another attraction they will have this year is renowned wood carver Para Havatitye who creates uniquely crafted sculptures that are hand and chainsaw crafted.
There is no public parking but there will be disabled parking on site and it is a wheelchair friendly, family friendly event.
Prices on the day are €10 for adults, with children under 12 going free. Payments can be made by cash or card.
Enquiries can be made to the club by phone at 0871167630, or on the Longford Vintage Club Facebook page.
