Longford Vintage Club hosted their 20th anniversary Vintage Show and Family Fun Day on Sunday, June 1 and it was an enormous success, attracting thousands of visitors.
Representatives of the Longford Vintage Club Executive presented a donation of €1,000 to Longford Hospice Homecare last week and pictured are Ann Freeman, Josephine O'Donnell, Nigel Humphries, Michael Lynch and Vincent Casey.

The club was founded in 2005 in Drumlish, and has since become a Longford community hub of activity, moving into Connolly Barracks in 2012.
The large crowds of young and older spectators enjoyed attractions such as free kids entertainment, face painting and train rides.

There was also a variety of a motorbike stunt show, ride-on lawnmower racing, live music, a dog show, an appearance from Farmer Phil, a craft tent. and a wood carving exhibition.
