The course is for six weeks to build both skill and self-confidence
Self-defence classes
Our highly acclaimed self-defence teacher Tom Farrer was on hand to answer questions at an induction evening on Thursday last held in the Parish Park. Tom has had to make a change to the date and will let me know during the coming week. I know it was a busy night for a lot of people, and some could not make it.
