Polish national living in Longford arrested on suspicion of drunk driving

Defendant appeared in Longford district court accompanied by an interpreter

A Polish national living in county Longford appeared at a sitting of Longford District Court accused of driving under the influence.  

47 year old Sylwester Bodziony with an address of Keelbawn, Ballymahon, was arrested on May 27 this year by Garda Edward J Flanagan of Ballymahon Garda Station on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. 

He was driving on Mostrim Road, Ballymahon, when he was arrested for an offence under the Road Traffic Act 2010.  

Mr Bodziony appeared in court with an interpreter however the matter was adjourned until October 7 for mention.
