The former Atlantic Mills industrial facility in Longford has been listed for sale with a substantial price tag of €4.95 million attached.
The facility which consists of 33,513 square metres is for sale by public tender with a date set for November 4, 2025 unless it is sold before that date arrives.
The large detached facility has an array of permitted uses including light industrial, warehousing and offices. It is suitable for Fabrication, Logistics, Engineering, Recycling, Green Energy, Data Centre etc.

Planning permission has also been obtained on the site for both a Solar Farm and a Battery Farm. The area qualifies for €169 million of Just Transition funding grants.
Water Treatment tanks and Storage Tanks are also on the site. The facility is situated on the N5 just a 10-minute drive from Longford Town centre and an 80 minute-drive from the M50 motorway.
