Fourth enterprising speaker added to highly-anticipated Longford Rugby Club business lunch

Now in its fourth year, Longford Rugby Club has unveiled the line up for their annual business lunch fundraiser which attracts business people and rugby fans from across the county.

The luncheon taking place on Friday, November 7 will offer a unique opportunity to hear from many speakers, with a fourth being added to the line-up.

The guest speakers include Su Carty, who became one of the first two women in history to be elected onto World Rugby's Executive Board, Pat Gilroy, an All Ireland winning manager with Dublin in 2011, who also lifted the Sam Maguire as a player in 1995 and Maurice Murphy, Revolut's Head of Lending for Europe.

Sarah Adams has now been confirmed as a speaker for the business lunch.

She is the operations manager in Longford's Abbott, leading a large manufacturing team that delivers high-quality diagnostic products to global markets.

Attendees on the day will hear from some of the most successful in their field, learning tips on how to stay focused and involved through thick and thin.

There will be a reception at 1.30pm and the function will start at 2pm with tickets priced at €100 per person. Those looking to attend can find out more from Derick Turner on 086 255 9624.
