Pex (Kathleen) Branagan (née Plunkett), Blackrock, Dublin / Longford

The death occurred unexpectedly, yet peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 of Pex (Kathleen) Branagan (née Plunkett) Blackrock, Co Dublin and formerly of County Longford.  

Predeceased by her husband Noel and son-in-law Pádraig. Much loved mother of Anne, Betty, Pat, Victor, Frank and Noelle. Pex will be very sadly missed by her daughters, sons, sons-in-law Willie, Graham, David and Keith, grandchildren Sarah, Jesse, Jo, Martha, Josh and Matthew, her step-grandchildren Charlotte and Sophie, sister-in-law Mary-Anne, cousin Brian Plunkett and his family, nieces, nephews, extended family, exceptional home carer Violeta, and her many friends including those in Dun Laoghaire Golf Club. Rest in Peace.

Pex will be reposing on Friday afternoon, November 7 at Fanagan's Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown A94 XK28 from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, November 8 at 10am in Church of St John the Baptist, Blackrock followed thereafter by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. For those who wish to follow the Mass online Click HERE.

Beatrice Hayes (née Kelly), Longford / Castlerea, Roscommon

The death occurred peacefully in Fleet Dartmouth care home aged 99 on Monday, October 20, 2025 of Beatrice Hayes (née Kelly), formerly of Longford and Rampark House, Castlerea, Roscommon. Born 27 April 1926, eldest daughter of Mark and Marie Kelly. Lived and farmed in Ireland and Monmouth, UK married in 1950, to Bob Hayes (1920-1984). 

Sadly missed by her Immediate family, only daughter Alex, son in law Jim Swindells, grandchildren Emma, and Jimmy and 3 great-granddaughters. Remembered by many nieces and nephews in Ireland. Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass and burial on November 11, at 11am at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Monmouth, Wales. Bernadette Dromey (née O'Kelly), Blanchardstown, Dublin / Carrigallen, Leitrim

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown on Thursday, October 30, 2025 of Bernadette Dromey (née O'Kelly), Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and formerly of Drumloona, Carrigallen, Co Leitrim. 

Beloved wife of the late Gerry and devoted mother of Conor, Brian and Linda. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Tara and Lyn, son-in-law Philip, cherished grandchildren Helen, Gerard, Mark, Paul, David, Laura, Seán, Conor, Jayce and Leah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her home on Wednesday evening, November 5 from 5pm to 7pm. House private for close family and friends outside of this time. Removal to St Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Thursday morning, November 6 arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.
