The death occurred peacefully at home following an illness bravely fought on Sunday November 16, 2025 of David Greene, Drumlish, Co Longford and formerly of Teffia Park, Longford town.

Predeceased by his father Eamonn and his father-in-law Phil. David will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his loving wife Denise, his son Orrin, daughter Ava, mother Kathleen, brothers Eamonn and Brian, sister Allison, mother-in-law Dympna, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends. Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, Longford (N39 EC81) on Wednesday, November 19 from 6pm, concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral mass on Thursday, November 20 in St Mary’s Church, Drumlish at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Drumlish Cemetery. The funeral will be streamed live HERE. Patricia (Pat) Johannessen (née McGrane/Knox), Edgeworthstown, Longford / Blackrock, Dublin

The recent death has occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the compassionate care of the staff at Mullingar Hospital on Sunday, November 16, 2025 of Patricia (Pat) Johannessen McGrane, (née Knox) Edgeworthstown, Co Longford and formerly of Springhill Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin. 

Predeceased by her father Robin Knox and her brother Robert Knox. Very sadly missed by her heartbroken mother Detta, companion Greg, loving daughters, Michelle and Emma, adored grandma to Harry, Mae, Rosie and Heidi, son-in-law Andy, brothers Paul and Aidan, sisters Colette and Loretta, Noel; father to her children and their sister Leah, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephew, relatives, childhood friend Ger, a wide circle of friends and her customers at "Pats Hair Care", Edgeworthstown. May she rest in peace.

The death occurred peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday, November 14, 2025 of Rose Sheerin (née Devine), Newlands, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and late of Cullyvore, Edgeworthstown, Co Longford. 

Predeceased by her husband Seamus, parents Bridget and Bill and sisters Kathleen and Nancy. The death occurred peacefully in the loving care of the staff of the Coronary Unit at St James’s Hospital Dublin on Thursday, November 13, 2025 of Margaret (Mag) McCaffrey (née Higgins), Lough Ree Drive, Lanesboro, Longford.

Predeceased by her parents Tommy and Maura Higgins, sister Marian, brother Michael, niece Sabrina and nephew Edward. The death occurred peacefully in Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle, Co Roscommon surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 of Katherine Dunican, Upper Glack, Longford and formerly of Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, Walkinstown and Clondalkin, Dublin. 

Reunited with her mother Elizabeth Dunican. Katherine will be sadly missed by her family, her beloved life partner and fiancé Michael McCarthy, her adored children Michael, Dervla and Liana, father Christy, brothers Paul and Chris, sister Juanita, sister-in-law Saskia, nieces, nephews, extended family and great friends. "Her feet now rest, her dance complete, Yet in our hearts she keeps the beat. With every reel and gentle sway, Her spirit will twirl with us each day." Katherine will be forever in our hearts.

Predeceased by her beloved husband John, brothers James and Sonny and sisters Bridget, Elizabeth and infant sister Margaret. Kathleen will be very sadly missed by her nephews, nieces, all her extended family, her very good neighbours and all her very close friends. May she rest in peace.
